Order a painting.

Follow the instructions below to place an order.

1.Send an email to info@traceyknotts.com with the photo that you wish to have painted plus two additional photos showing  the person or pet's personality. My ability to capture the essence of the subject (s) on canvas depends on the quality of the photos you send.

If you're not sure which photo will look best painted, I am happy to assist you in selecting a photo from your collection. Facebook is a great way for me to view your photos online without having to email all of them to me. You can "friend" me on Facebook by searching for me - my email address is  info@traceyknotts.com.

If you have multiple subjects you would like in one painting, I can take the subjects from multiple photos to incorporate them all into one painting.

2. I will respond by email with sample images showing the styles and color scheme ideas for your portrait.  I will also ask basic questions about size, type of background, special effects, favorite or disliked colors, where you live (for shipping purposes), and a desired completion date.

3. After receiving the information, I will email you a price quote for the painting which includes shipping and insurance. All prices are quoted for unframed, stretched canvas.

4. Once you accept the price quote, I will begin the portrait. At this time, a 50% deposit is required

5. Approximately half way through the portrait, I will email you a photo of the painting for you to review and to make any suggestions or requests.

6. When the portrait is completed, I will email you a photo of the finished portrait. I will be happy to make any changes you request. Upon your approval of the piece, we will arrange for  the remainder of payment.

7. Upon receipt of payment, I will ship the painting to you.
